- 3⁄4 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
- 1 1⁄2 oz Sour apple liqueur
- 1 3⁄4 oz Chilled water
- 2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura

Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
