History:

Adapted from a drink created in 2009 by Maks Pazuniak and Kirk Estopinal who were inspired by the Angostura Fizz (AKA Trinidad Fizz) in Charles H. Baker's 1939 The Gentleman's Companion (Volume II).

Review:

The name should perhaps serve as a warning, as should the whopping ounce-and-a-half of Angostura Bitters in this recipe, and intense Angostura flavour dominates this bittersweet lime sour.
