Liquorice Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1⁄4 oz Black sambuca liqueur
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of liquorice.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
