- 2⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 1⁄6 oz Extra virgin olive oil
- 3⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 4 slice Fresh ginger root
- 5 leaf Basil leaves
