- 1 1⁄6 oz Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum
- 2⁄3 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 2 barspoon Apricot jam
- 1⁄3 oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup
- 1⁄6 oz Monin Orgeat syrup
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
