Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Bols Vodka
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 3 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
- 1 oz Giffard Rose Syrup
- 5 oz Le Fruit de Monin Passion Fruit
- 5 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1 2⁄3 oz Egg white
- 5 oz Ginger juice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
