- 1 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
- 1⁄12 oz Ancho Reyes chili liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Joseph Cartron Poire Williams liqueur
- 3 dash Bob's Coriander Bitters
