- 1 1⁄3 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 barspoon Cherry syrup
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 3 Splash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 5 fresh Raspberries
