- 1⁄2 oz Italicus liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Earl Grey tea
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1⁄2 oz Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄2 oz Milk
