- 3⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄2 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
- 3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray No. Ten
