Zuzu's Petals cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Bison grass vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Gentian liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2 dash Fee Brothers Celery bitters
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
