- 3⁄4 oz Monin Strawberry Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz Chilli liqueur
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
