- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 barspoon Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar
- 1⁄12 oz Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
- 1⁄24 oz Ferrand Orange Curaçao
- 1 1⁄3 oz Cruzan ‘Single Barrel’ Estate Rum
