Italicus Sour
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 oz Italicus liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Quaglia Liquore Chinotto
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
