- 1 2⁄3 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
- 5⁄6 oz Lime juice
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1⁄3 oz Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur
- 6 drop Bob's Lavender Bitters
