Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 2⁄3 oz Giffard Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 1 1⁄4 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 2⁄3 oz Passion fruit purée
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 5 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
