Ingredients
- 2 whole Sugar cube
- 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Splash Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
- 1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
- 2 oz Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.)
