- 2 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 3⁄4 oz Laird's Bottled-in-Bond applejack
