  • 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
  • 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
  • 4 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Method

Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

How to make:

Shake all ingredients except soda water over ice, strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda water. Stir and enjoy.

Review:

It's... drinkable. The grapefruit leads backed up by the lime finishing with smokiness. There's also a lingering minerality, like sea water, that might be from the salt rim. Not unpleasant, but unexpected. Worth making again.

History:

After enjoying the mezcal smokiness in the Smokin' Paloma thought to try one out with a smoky, blended scotch.
