Jamaican Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 1 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup
- 2 oz Plantation Xaymaca pot still rum
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1 oz Overproof white rum
- 1 oz Overproof aged pot still rum
- 3 dash Dale DeGroff's Pimento bitters
- 2 barspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
