The Carlsbaek
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
- 1⁄2 oz Amaro
- 1⁄2 oz Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Bigallet China China Amer
- 1⁄6 oz Lemon juice
- 1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
Method
Glass:
Photographed in a Speakeasy Coupe 8.5oz
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
