- 5⁄6 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 1 2⁄3 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 5⁄6 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
