Rhum Cosmo
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 oz Rhum Clément Blanc
- 3⁄4 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest (flamed).
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
