- 0.42 oz Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1 oz Guava juice drink
- 1⁄3 oz Bols Yoghurt Liqueur
- 5⁄6 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
Method
Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
How to make:
Add ingredients into shaker, dry shake and then wet shake before double straining into frozen coupe glass

History:
Taking inspiration from one of my favourite bands, Bauhaus, and their song which I have used for the name of this serve, I seeked to find a more complex yet quaffable version of the illustrious pornstar martini. Utilising Bols Oude Genever as the backbone with its malty notes, it elevates this serve into a drink that can please many and is suitable for all occasions.
The garnish, with a white grape leather pays homage to the classic sidecar that goes along with a pornstar martini as well as giving nods to the star of the show, Passõa and it's lovely tartness.
