Roxie Ray
Ingredients
- 3 fresh Strawberries
- 1 oz Overproof white rum
- 2⁄3 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
- 1⁄6 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
- 1⁄6 oz Amaro Santoni
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Strawberry Syrup
- 1⁄6 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Method:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Created in June 2023 by yours truly at The Clocktower, Rye, England. Inspired by the singer of the same name and her Lift Me Up on the 2012 Dojo Cuts album Take From Me.
