History:

We discovered the Toreador Del Diablo in February 2025 at the brilliant Satan's Whiskers in London, England. This delicious cocktail was created circa 2011 by José Manuel Alvarez Gonzalez at Milk & Honey in London. England. Daniel Waddy, a colleague of Manuel's at Milk & Honey, brought the cocktail to Satan's Whiskers.

Review:

A Toreador meets a Milk & Honey El Diablo with crème de cassis swapped out for red bitter liqueur. Two already good drinks merged to become a brilliant spicy and bittersweet cocktail.
