- 1⁄2 oz Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum
- 1⁄4 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup
- 1⁄8 barspoon Vanilla extract/essence
- 1 1⁄2 oz Double cream / heavy cream
