Dino Sour
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.)
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
