Dry Pornstar Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Light gold rum
- 1⁄2 oz Amaro Santoni
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 oz Lime juice

Method:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of add a barspoon of passion fruit seeds and flesh to cocktail. Serve with a shot of sparkling wine on the side..
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in February 2022 by Julian de Féral at the Kindred Club in Hammersmith, London. Julian created this as a tribute to West London cocktail culture, combining two of his favourite cocktails that originated in the area: Kevin Armstrong's Dry Daiquiri (Trailer Happiness) and Douglas Ankrah's Pornstar Martini (Townhouse).
Originally made with Bonanto Spanish aperitif liqueur and garnished by adding passion fruit 'popping pearls' (the kind that you might find for boba tea) in the shot of sparkling wine.
Review:
Fruity, bittersweet and sweet 'n' sour. More an aperitivo Daiquiri than a Porn Star Martini.
