Cherry Sour
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- ½ oz Kirschwasser eau-de-vie
- ⅓ oz Cherry liqueur
- ⅓ oz Cherry syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Egg white or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 4 drop Vanilla bitters
- 2 drop Saline solution or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
