Snowfall Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 whole Vanilla pod
- 1 1⁄2 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 1 1⁄2 oz Whipping cream
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of vanilla pod.
Method:
- Take a quarter of a vanilla pod and CUT along its length.
- MUDDLE this in the base of a shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- Garnish with vanilla pod.
