Lynchburg Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Tennessee whiskey
- 2⁄3 oz Amer Picon
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2 5⁄6 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda.
