Spiced Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
- 3 whole Green cardamom pods
- 1⁄2 oz Chilli liqueur
- 1 whole Star anise
- 1 oz Exprè Caffè Italiano
- 2 inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 1⁄2 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 1⁄3 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 oz Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 2 oz Cold brew coffee
