Prizefighter
Ingredients
- 1 oz Straight rye whiskey
- 1 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
- ¾ oz Lucano amaro
- ¼ oz Gentian liqueur Gentian liqueur
- 3 drop Mole bitters
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
