Cola di Ferro
Ingredients
- 1 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
- 1 oz Ferro China Baliva
- 1⁄2 oz Lucano amaro
- 1⁄4 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- 1 dash Boker's bitters
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
- 1⁄2 oz Cola (e.g. Coca-Cola or Pepsi) chilled
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
Method:
- STIR first 6 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with cola.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
