Sloane Square cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 oz Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Speyside single malt
- 1⁄2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
- 1⁄2 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
- 2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
