Ingredients
- 5⁄6 oz Cognac
- 5⁄6 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
- 5⁄6 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
- 5⁄6 oz Whipping cream
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- Garnish with mint leaf.
