- 1 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Poire William liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Coconut rum liqueur
- 5⁄6 oz Coconut water

Method:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of coconut meat.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
