- 1 1⁄2 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
- 4 1⁄3 oz Red bitter soda

Method:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange slice or lime slice wheel or wedge.
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Briefly STIR.
History:
Created in April 2023 by yours truly for Caisteal Chamuis. The name is a reference to this whisky's Hebridean home on the Isle of Skye.
Review:
Italian red bitter soda mixes brilliantly with peaty whisky.
