Black Basil
Ingredients
- 8 fresh Basil leaves
- 1 oz Tito's Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
Method:
- MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients (all but tonic water) and SHAKE with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.
Garnish:
- Garnish with basil leaf.
