- 5⁄6 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 0.42 oz Passion fruit purée
- 1⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of Verdita served on the side.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
