- 1 oz Angostura di Amaro
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 0.02 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 3⁄4 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
