Peach 'Martini'
Ingredients
- 2 wedge Fresh ripe peach
- 1 2⁄3 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 5⁄6 oz Passion fruit purée
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄3 oz Rosemary sugar syrup

Serve in a Coupe glass

MUDDLE peach in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
