Tennessee Liplock
Ingredients
- 2 fresh Strawberries
- 2 oz Tennessee whiskey
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Maple syrup
- 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of fresh strawberry.
Method:
- MUDDLE strawberries in base of stirring glass.
- Add next 3 ingredients, STIR with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with a splash of soda, if desired.

Review:
Unusually a fresh muddled fruit cocktail that's stirred rather than shaken. This Valentine's Day cocktail is suitably pink and is garnished with a heart-shaped strawberry. (Apologies for the strawberry in our photo but early Feb is not the best time for strawberries in the UK.)
