Elmo Cola
Ingredients
- 1 oz WhistlePig 10yo Straight Rye Whisky
- 1 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 1⁄4 oz Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
- 8 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
- 2 oz Cola
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
Method:
- STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- ADD cola and then STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.

Adapted from the house cocktail served at the St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis, USA, since 2012, when hospitality consultant Tim Kirkland introduced it.
