0.42 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
1 2⁄3 oz Peach purée
3 dash Peach bitters

Method

Method:

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of peach wedge on rim or orange zest twist.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
