Pear & Vanilla Rickey
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 1 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 2⁄3 oz Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) chilled
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with lemonade and briefly stir.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lime wedge on rim.
