History:

Basically a pineapple-flavoured Daiquiri, this recipe is based on a piece in the December 1922 edition of Travel Magazine, the first known written reference to a Piña Colada, and is what we now refer to as a 'Cuban Style Piña Colada' - one without coconut.

Review:

This Colada has no coconut, but it is smooth, balanced and rather tasty.
