- 1 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
- 1⁄3 oz Cachaça
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz Cream of coconut
- 2 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 1⁄6 oz Whipping cream
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1 cupful Strawberries
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum
- 1 1⁄2 oz Light gold rum
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
