1 2⁄3 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
5⁄6 oz Passion fruit purée
1⁄3 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
1⁄2 fresh Passion fruit

Method

Glassware:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Method:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of roasted marshmallow & shot of champagne on the side.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
